A private dinner service begins for the 35 guests.

7:00 PM – Welcome Party Guest Arrival

Additional 50 welcome party guests begin arriving downstairs for the evening celebration.7:15 PM – Welcome Toasts & Remarks

All guests gather downstairs for welcome speeches, celebratory toasts, and introductions.

7:30 PM – Live Music, Dancing & Cocktails

The band begins playing as guests enjoy dancing, cocktails, and evening festivities.

9:00 PM – Event Concludes

The party officially concludes.

9:00 AM – Venue Access & Host Setup

Hosts and vendors arrive for event setup and meeting preparations at the club.

9:15 AM – Breakfast Reception

Guests arrive and enjoy a breakfast buffet with coffee and tea service in the Upstairs Bar.

10:00 AM – Meeting Begins

The corporate meeting begins in the Main Dining Room with classroom-style seating and AV monitor presentation capabilities.

11:30 AM – Coffee Break

Guests transition to the Upstairs Bar for a mid-morning coffee and refreshment break.

12:30 PM – Lunch Service

A buffet lunch is served for all attendees.

3:00 PM – Afternoon Refreshments
